Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent herein in proceedings Na.Ka.No.3289/A2/2016 dated 20.01/2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to promote the petitioner as P.G Assistant together with all consequential service and monetary benefit to the petitioner or issue any other appropriate Writ, Order, Direction in the nature of a Writ or another appropriate relief as this Honourable Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case (in WP.No.3957/2017)

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.BALA for M/S.G.BALA AND DAISY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.KARTHIKEYAN, Government Advocate, for the 1 to 3 respondents and of M/S.V.STALIN, Advocate for the 4th respondent and of M/S.R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the 5th respondent the court made the following order:- The third respondent District Educational Officer, Thirupathur Education District, Vellore District, is directed to appear before this Court along with the files in W.P.No.3957 of 2017 at 10.30 a.m., on 9/10/2018. The District Educational Officer has to explain whether the fifth respondent possess the requisite educational qualification for appointment to the post of B.T. Assistant as we as the P.G.Assistant. The learned Government Advocate is directed to inform this order, to the District Educational Officer, Thirupathur District over phone and through electronic message by today itself.
