This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24156 of 2024 on 30.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24156 of 2024 on 30.09.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on the 2nd working day of January, 2025 and thereafter on the date to be fixed by the trial Court.
