The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to enquire on the complaint dated 26.12.2016 made by the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that the representation dated 26.12.2016 made by the Petitioner has been rejected by the First Respondent by Letter No. 3965/Sa1/ThaAPoKa(Vi)Lit/VeMa/2017 dated 26.02.2022 and its copy has been placed on record along with a memo dated 28.02.2022 to that effect. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
