The case in C.C.No.388 of 2018 taken on file for trial by the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II Virudhachalm in the year 2018 not yet reached its logical end. Hence, present petition is filed to expedite the trial.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) Submitted that, due to the maternity leave of the presiding officer, there is in delay completing the trial.

3. Taking note of the above said facts, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
