This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 12.12.2018 to some other investigation officer from the 2nd respondent police for better progress of case. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the enquiry has been conducted and closed on 18.10.2019.
3.The prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner complaint has been enquired and closed on 18.10.2019. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed, with liberty to challenge the closure report, if he chooses to do so.
