Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2022 requesting him to rectify the mistake made during UDR survey, restore the original classification/entry and issue patta to the petitioner and his brothers with respect to the lands measuring 2.42 acres in S.No. 101/4, 2.48 acres in S.No.101/5 and 2.42 acres in S.No. 101/6, Kondappanayanapalli Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and pass necessary orders within the time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2022 requesting him to rectify the mistake made during UDR survey, restore the original classification/entry and issue patta to the petitioner and his brothers with respect to the lands measuring 2.42 acres in S.No. 101/4, 2.48 acres in S.No.101/5 and 2.42 acres in S.No. 101/6, Kondappanayanapalli Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent takes notice and submitted that the respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of two months.

3. In such view of the matter, the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2022 and dispose of the same within a period of two months on merits and as per law. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
