The present petition has been instituted seeking leave to file a Writ Petition challenging the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in O.A.No.1207 of 2016 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Mrs.Y.Kavitha, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 4 to 6.

Mr.R.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 has no serious objection.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not a party before the Tribunal and aggrieved from and out of the order, which is sought to be assailed in the present petition, we are inclined to grant leave to file the Writ Petition.

Registry is directed to number the Writ Petition and list for admission.
