2. Heard the learned Additional Advocate General and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Review Application if it is otherwise in order and post for admission on 02.02.2024.

5. The learned Additional Advocate General is called upon to get instructions from the Horticulture Department as to whether any charges have been framed.

6. Post on 02.02.2024 along with Contempt Petition No.1523 of 2023.
