C.R.P.No.4708 of 2017 and C.M.P.No.22140 of 2017 T.V.THAMILSELVI,J.

The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that though this Court had directed the trial Court to dispose the case within a prescribed time, vide order dated 27.09.2022, however, the time was lapsed. Hence, he prayed that suitable modification may be made in the said order and a fresh order copy be issued.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the respondent and the same is justifiable. Therefore, the order dated 27.09.2022, para 4 shall be modified as follows :

''4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as no merits. However, the suit is in the year of 2014, the trial Court is directed to dispose the case within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
