This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants 1 & 2 to receive the documents as mentioned in the Judge's summons.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2/plaintiffs has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection made by the other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicants/ defendants 1 & 2 to mark the documents as listed in the Judge's summons, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
