This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10849 of 2021 dated 08.01.2024.

The learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and a positive order has been passed stating that the qualification of the petitioner is equivalent to the required qualification for promotion. He further submitted that granting promotion to the petitioner is under process.
