When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that enquiry in C.S.R.No.652 of 2023 was conducted and closed.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the defacto complainant had filed an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. That is an independent issue altogether.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh petition if need arises.
