ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Namakkal, Namakkal District in Crl.M.P.No.793 of 2022 dated 16.06.2022.

2. On perusal of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. No.I, Namakkal in Crl.M.P.No.793 of 2022 dated 16.06.2022, this Court finds that the learned Judicial Magistrate directed the first respondent to register the First Information Report. However, it is now submitted that the first respondent has not registered the First Information Report till date, as ordered by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

3. In view the above, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate for appropriate orders against the first respondent for violating the orders passed by him.

4. With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
