W.M.P.No.31639 of 2023 in W.P.No.17703 of 2007 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J, This petition is filed to restore W.P.No.17703 of 2007, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 11.10.2023.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, his father suddenly died and therefore, he was not able to attend the Court on 11.10.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objections for allowing this petition.

4. In the circumstances stated by the learned counsel for petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition seeking restoration of W.P.No.17703 of 2007 to file is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to list the W.P.No.17703 of 2007 on 22.03.2024 for hearing.
