Respondent/Plaintiff Prayer: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24(b)(ii) of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the suit O.S. No.216/2019 from the file of Additional District Munsif, Alandur and transfer the same to the file of any other competent court, within Chennai city limits.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that Mr.Chittibabu, Additional District Munsif, Alandur, has demanded a ransom and the call recording, has been produced before the Registrar Vigilance, High Court, Madras and that there is an action initiated against him.
2. Both the parties have agreed that, instead of the matter being tried at the present court, all the issues can be tried by the learned District Munsif, Tambaram.
3. In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the matter, as serious allegations are made against Mr.Chittibabu, Additional District Munsif, Alandur, O.S. No.216 of 2019, pending on the file of the said court, is withdrawn and transferred to the Court of District Munsif, Tambaram. The learned District Munsif, Tambaram, is expected to take up the matter and complete the proceedings, without adjourning the matter beyond 30(thirty) working days, at any point of time. The
parties are directed to appear before the learned District Munsif, Tambaram on 3.1.2020 and the records may be forwarded from the present court to the Court of District Munsif, Tambaram, before 31.12.2019.
4. With the above directions, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS IV) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar To
