Petitioner/A1 in Crime No.224 of 2023, registered under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC altered u/s.294(b) and 307 IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3.It is stated that charge sheet has been filed showing the present petitioner as an absconding accused before the Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam. Petition stands dismissed. However petitioner may examine Rule 24 of the Criminal Rules of Practice.
