The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- directing the 1st respondent to take action against the erred officials of the 2nd and 3rd respondent pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2020, 18.12.2021 and 24.02.2022.

2.Mr.V.T.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes would submit that the Commission will take action as per law within a reasonable time. 2/5

3.In view of the said representation, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent namely, the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes to take action on the petitioner's representation within a peirod of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
