The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the protest petition dated 13.05.2017 presented to him on the same date within a stipulated period as the Court deem fit and proper after giving personal hearing to the writ petitioner and also respondents 2 to 4 herein. 2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that if the representation dated 13.05.2017 of the petitioner is still pending with them, they will consider the same as per law. 3.Such view of the matter, the respondent shall consider the representation and pass order if the said representation dated 13.05.2017 is still pending with them within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
