Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2024 and thereby direct the respondents to transfer the Town Survey Register from the vendor name into the petitioner name as per the sale deed in 1/5

ORDER

The petitioner had made a representation dated 30.08.2024 to the respondents to transfer the Town Survey Register from the vendor name to the petitioner name in view of the purchase of the property by the petitioner under the sale deed dated 12.07.2024 on the file of SubRegistrar Office, Walajapet, Ranipet District in Survey No.100/1, to an extent of 1291.2 Sq.ft.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's request is one for 2/5

transfer of patta by reason of a purchase, the 2nd respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2024 and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
