Crl.M.P.No.19040 of 2023 in Crl.RC.SR.No.55462 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 519 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition against the order passed by the Family Court, Tiruvallur in M.C.No.6/2019 on 07.12.2021.

2.Mr.J.Soundari Chandrasekar, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3.Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
