The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.274 of 2023, registered under Sections 408, 420 and 120B IPC and Sections 66C, 66, 43(a) and 43(f) of Information Technology Act, 2000.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner had been arrested.

2. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application will not lie and this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
