ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking police protection on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 07.10.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the 1st respondent issued C.S.R.No.165 of 2019. Detailed enquiry has been conducted with the 2nd respondent and the same was closed.
