ORDER

This petition had been filed to direct the respondent to pay the backwages as per order in PW. No.10 of 2013 on the file of Deputy Commissioner of Labour-I , Chennai dated 10.12.2014.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the connected writ petition filed by the respondent Management Transport Corporation in W.P.No.4576 of 2018 was disposed of by this Court on 18.08.2022.

3.In view of the disposal of the above writ petition, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
