This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of the E.P.No.55 of 2021 in O.P.No.146 of 2019 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the revision petitioner that though execution petition has been filed in the year 2021, the same was adjourned periodically for filing counter. Hence, seeks a direction to the Execution Court for early disposal of the Execution Petition in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the fact that the Execution Petition is pending from the year 2021, there shall be a direction to the Execution Court, viz., the Principal District Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of the Execution Petition expeditiously within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
