This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.10270 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13312 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
