This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 27.05.2022 and initiate and lodge FIR against the accused.

2. It is seen from the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed a complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. It was enquired by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram in Crl.M.P.No.6265 of 2022, after hearing the submissions of the defacto complainant and upon hearing the arguments and perusing the documents, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram has dismissed the petition. Therefore, the present petition is filed for registration of FIR based on the complaint dated 27.05.2022.
