Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in Memo No. 724/BCDFGISSSV/2019 passed by the Second Respondent on 26.10.2019, on the file of the Second Respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondent to produce Ajith @ Subjail Ajith, son of Raja, aged about 21 years before this Court, who now detained in Central Prison, Puzhal - II, Chennai, and set him liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, viz., Ajith @ Subjail Ajith, S/o. Raja, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent in proceedings BCDFGISSSV No. 724/2019 dated 26.10.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the son of the petitioner in G.O.Rt.No.5286 dated 16.12.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
