Ms.S. Uma Maheshwari, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and Mr.Harish, learned counsel representing for M/s.P.V. Law Associates for the 1st respondent are before this Court. 2.Representing counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the Original Suit in O.S.No.603 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirupur, was compromised between the parties and the Compromise Decree was passed on April 5, 2023. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
