06.11.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu i.e., body of Bala @ Balachandiran, S/o.Kalingam, male, aged about 30 years, the detenu detained under Act 14 of 1982, in detention order Memo No.C2/29117/2022 order dated 06.11.2022 herein now confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore before this Court and set him at liberty. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 22.12.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.8625 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department. Page Nos.2/4
3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
4. Recording the above said submission, captioned Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
