This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order and Decreetal order dated 05.12.2017, in E.A.No.77 of 2017 in E.P.No.01 of 2016 in O.S.No.110 of 2010, on the file of the Sub ordinate Judge,

Vaniambadi, Vellore District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the main execution petition itself has been compromised between the parties before the Lok Adalat. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission and the settlement arrived between the parties before the Lok Adalat, by an order dated 11.12.2021, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
