This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 21 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the orders passed in C.A.No.113 of 2021 dated 18.07.2022 by the Special Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases registered under SC/St (POA) Act, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
