Side) COMMON ORDER These Suo Motu cases are dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.)No.618 of 2025. These are case in counter. These cases in Cr.Nos.334 and 333 of 2021 respectively are registered for alleged offence(s) under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Sections 341, 324, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC, 1860 respectively. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this designated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -VsState of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303). Accordingly, these cases in STC No.603 of 2021 and C.C.No.223 of 2021 of Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer case is disposed of. 25.09.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
