This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1375 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The first petitioner would aver that in the absence of her husband, she has been facing the difficulties, maintained her family, and the appeal papers were misplaced and thereafter were traced out in the office of the Advocate. Hence, delay of 1375 days occurred in representing the above appeal.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 155 days is hereby condoned.
