This application has been filed to amend the prayer portion of the affidavit filed in support of the application by substituting Original side of the Hon'ble High Court, Madras instead of City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that as the interim order has to be executed only before this Court, while passing the order instead of mentioning this Court's name, City Civil Court's name has been typed.

Due to such mistake, the order could not be executed. Hence, he prays for amendment.

3. Having regard to the nature of the amendment sought for, it is only in the nature of set-righting the mistake committed in drafting the order.

4. Hence, this application is Ordered as prayed for.
