Crl.M.P.No.18133 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.40482 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 377 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. He submitted that the petitioner earlier filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., which was dismissed by the Lower Court on 06.07.2022. Thereafter, with an inordinate delay, the above petition has been filed. Hence, he has got strong objection in condoning the delay.

4.The petitioner being a widow lady sought direction to register an FIR. Hence, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

5.Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
