The petitioner/A2 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.09.2023 for the offences under Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.458 of 2023, seeks bail 2.It is stated that in an abandoned building, both A1 and A2 were found in possession of 20 kgs of Ganja which has been brought from Andhra Pradesh.

3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that A1 had been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

4.Even though the learned counsel for the petitioner stated there is no previous case against the petitioner, taking into consideration the quantity of the contraband seized, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
