ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner seeks direction for closure of the TASMAC shop only on the ground that it is in the close proximity of schools, hospital, etc.

The prohibited distance is provided in the Rules itself. The statement made on affidavit is not clear with regard to the exact location and distance of the same to various institutions, as stated in the petition.
