CMP No.21589 of 2022 in CMA No.2170 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit 50% of the award amount and relax the condition passed in CMP.No.16827 of 2022 in CMA.No.2170 of 2022, dated 11.10.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st Respondent.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, time is extended for a period of four weeks, to deposit 50% of the award amount, from today.

4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.
