These applications are filed to bring the 14th respondent on record as the legal heir of the deceased 10th defendant by jointing the said party as the 14th defendant and to bring the 15th respondent on record as the legal heir of the deceased 10th defendant by joining the said party as the 15th defendant in the above said Suit.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the Applicant/Plaintiff and the learned counsel for the proposed Respondents/Defendants.

3. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the 10th defendant died on 26.08.2019 and the particulars of the legal heirs were obtained and thereafter, the present applications are filed.

4. Upon obtaining instructions, the learned counsel for the proposed 14th and 15th defendants submitted that she has no objection if these applications are allowed.

5. Accordingly, these Applications are allowed and it is directed that the 14th and 15th respondents be brought on record as the 14th and http://www.judis.nic.in 15th defendants in C.S.No.629 of 2019.
