Heard Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the endorsement with regard to the address of the fifth respondent, mentioned in the causetitle, appears to be "no such address". In spite of efforts, the new address could not be traced out. As such, the applicant has filed the present application for substituted service.

In the light of the above, the fifth respondent be served through paper publication, i.e., "Makkal Kural - Erode Edition", having large circulation in Erode District, returnable on 13.02.2024.

List the matter on 13.02.2024.
