ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 24.02.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioners for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. __________Page 1 of 4

2.Since the representation of the petitioners dated 24.02.2025, referred to supra, has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed. The petitioners have filed relevant documents along with this writ petition for the purpose of proving that they are the owners of the property and are in possession of the same.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation seeking for issuance of patta. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation dated 24.02.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in their name for the property morefully described in the representation dated 24.02.2025, after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioners along with their representation within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed.
