This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 262 days in representing the above Crl.A.SR.No.7884 of 2019.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Chief Justice relief fund, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On such payment, the delay of 262 days in representation, is condoned.
