ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 27.07.2022 to restrain the Respondents 2 to 4 from making any further registration / encumbrance in accordance with the schedule mentioned property situated at Kanikkiluppai village, comprised in S.No.219 of measuring an extent of 2.78 Acres out of 2.95 Acres and S.No.219/6 measuring an extent of 0.68 Acres out of 0.72 Acres, totally measuring ((i.e) 2.78 + 0.68 = 3.46) 3.46 Acres out of 3.67 Acres, Arani, Taluk (North Arcot District) and old Survey No. 227/92 Ares 1.40 in 2.12 in New survey No. 187/4 Acres 1.40 in 2.0.3 in the Sub Registration District of the Arani.

3. Per contra, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation was not filed

in a proper format and no fee as prescribed under the law has been paid by the petitioner therefore, the respondents are not in a position to consider the same.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submissions made, this Court directs the petitioner to file a proper protest petition along with proper fee. In such case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the same and if any document is sought to be registered, the same may be registered after issuing notice to the petitioner and necessary parties.
