ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete investigation and alter the FIR for offences under Sections 4 and 5 of Woman Harassment Act in Crime No.305/2019 on the file of the second respondent herein and complete the investigation within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation, the FIR was altered into Sections 448, 354(A), 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
