ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the Respondents to consider his online application seeking sub-division and issue of separate patta in respect of the petitioner's property in Survey No.91/3A with an extent of 16 cents situated in Memaloor village, Thirukoilur Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was allotted to him under registered partition deed on 17.02.2012. The joint patta of the said portion stands in the name of the petitioner, her mother and siblings. The petitioner submitted an online application on 25.02.2023 seeking sub-division and issuance of separate patta and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the Respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 2nd Respondent is directed to consider the online application of 2/4

the petitioner dated 25.02.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.
