2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that already arbitration 2/4

proceedings were initiated and an award was also passed in these cases. There is absolutely no mention about this fact in the affidavit filed in support of these applications. The applications are bereft of details. Hence, these applications are dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file fresh applications by providing all the details.
