Earlier, this court by an order dated 15.09.2022 passed an order allowing the above Civil Revision Petition on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- to the learned counsel for respondents on or before 27.09.2022. As there was a delay caused in obtaining the copy of order, the learned counsel for petitioner could not pay the cost in time. Hence, the matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned."

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for petitioner and respondents appeared. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted stating that due to the delay caused in receipt of order, he was not able to pay the cost of Rs.10,000/- on 27.09.2022. Now, he is ready to pay the cost to the learned counsel for respondent and he is also ready to receive the cost before this court. Thus, on receipt of cost by learned counsel for respondents before this court, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the order passed by this court is clarified.
