ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.5192 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023 has been complied with, through Lr.No.702/L13/MCOP/TSTC/ERD/24 dated 29.02.2024.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
