The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 24.08.2022 in W.P.No.25214 of 2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent has produced a copy of the order dated 28.10.2022 passed in R.No.1702425/E6/A3/2021, before this Court in proof of compliance of the orders of this Court dated 24.08.2022, whereupon, the representation of the petitioner was rejected as not feasible.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28.10.2022, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
