The matter is listed today under the caption "for being spoken to" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.The above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking modification of the conditions imposed in clauses i, viii, ix, x, xiii and xiv, vide order of this Court dated 08.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20077 of 2025.
3. Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the Enforcement Directorate.
4.This Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20077 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025, in clauses (i), (viii), (x) and (xiii) alone and the modified clauses read as follows: (i) The petitioner shall file an undertaking affidavit before the Trial Court to return to India as per the itinerary
annexed to the affidavit filed before this Court. The name of his wife shown as an accompanying person should be deleted;

(viii) The LOC shall be kept in abeyance from 20.10.2025 to 08.11.2025, and shall be revived automatically on 09.11.2025;
(ix) ....
(x) On arrival, the petitioner shall register his presence with the nearest Indian Consulate or Embassy in the USA, through e-mail;

(xiii) The petitioner shall deposit the original passport of his wife before leaving India. He shall take return of the same on his return by filing an appropriate application; (xiv) ....
